Genharden ("we") processes personal data related to Genharden Email Security free check requests as follows.
Data we collect
Required: name, email address, domain to check. Optional: anything you write in the notes field. Collected automatically: request time, IP address, referral data (referrer, utm values), page language.
Why we use it
To run the free check and send the report, to offer a demo booking, to send recurring reports if you opt in, and to prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
One year from the request date, then deleted. If you opt into recurring checks, until you unsubscribe. Deletion requests are handled immediately.
Processors
Data storage: Supabase Inc. (database hosting). Bot protection: Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile). Hosting: Vercel Inc.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. Contact us below and we respond within 3 business days.
