Terms and Conditions
Effective October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Genharden DMARC (the “service”), run by Peerborough, Inc. (“we”, “us”) at genharden.com and emailsec.genharden.com. Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. A person acting for a company must have authority to accept them on its behalf.
1. Who we are
Peerborough, Inc. Address: 5F v1116, 6, Teheran-ro 79-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea Email: support@genharden.com
2. The service
The service helps you stop mail that spoofs your company's domains. For each domain it gives you an address that receives the DMARC aggregate reports and TLS reports that mail receivers send, shows who sends mail using the domain, regularly checks its DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and related records), mail servers and registration expiry, points out configuration errors and changes, and tells you what there is to do. Prices, limits, features and support for each plan are on the pricing page.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with a code sent to your email address; disposable email addresses cannot be used. Anyone who can read your mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. A workspace holds your domains and members. The owner and admins decide who joins and are responsible for what members do in the workspace. Add only domains you own or are authorized to manage. We may ask you to prove control of a domain, for example with a DNS record, and may remove domains you are not authorized to manage.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
The Free plan costs nothing. The Plus and Pro plans are flat-rate subscriptions paid monthly or yearly in advance; prices are on the pricing page. Prices in Korean won include value added tax; for other currencies, applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel it. A new workspace starts with a trial of the Pro plan for the period stated on the pricing page. The trial needs no payment method, and when it ends the workspace moves to the Free plan without any charge; section 6 applies to whatever is then over the Free plan's limits. If you start a subscription during the trial, the plan you subscribed to applies from then on and the rest of the trial lapses. When you move to a higher plan, the service first shows the charge; once you agree, the change applies at once and the difference for the remaining part of the current period is charged. A move to a lower plan applies from the next renewal. Until then you keep the plan you paid for. A change from monthly to yearly billing works the same way as a move to a higher plan: the service first shows the charge, and once you agree, the change applies at once and the yearly price less the remaining part of the current period is charged. Our online order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through it. Paddle handles payments, receipts, taxes and refunds for those orders under its buyer terms. You can cancel at any time in the service's billing page or through Paddle. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal. In Korea, a yearly plan can also be paid by bank transfer with a tax invoice; for those orders we are the seller and invoice you ourselves. A plan paid by bank transfer does not renew automatically: when the period you paid for ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan, and to renew or change the plan you need to contact us. Managed service is priced and billed under a separate agreement.
5. Refunds
Any payment for a paid plan is refunded in full, for any reason, if you ask within 30 days of the payment date. The Refund Policy explains how to ask and what happens after a refund.
6. Limits and changing plans
Each plan sets how many domains you can register, how much authenticated mail is counted in a month (the messages that reports tell us about and that passed email authentication), how far back reports can be viewed and how many members a workspace can have; the numbers are on the pricing page. Only the domains you register are counted, not the subdomains under them. Mail that failed authentication is analyzed but not counted. When a workspace goes over a limit, we do not delete its data. Over the number of domains, the service covers the domains registered first, up to the limit; for the others, new reports are stored without being analyzed, and regular checks and notices stop. Over the number of members, the owner and the members who joined first, up to the limit, can use the workspace; the others stay in it but cannot use it. When a month's authenticated mail goes over the plan's number, we email the workspace's owner, and a week after that notice use of the service is restricted until the month ends. While use is restricted only the settings and the plan screens can be used, and reports are still received and analyzed. If that week would end in the next month, use is not restricted. On the Pro plan and on plans set by contract, use is not restricted and we tell you how to change the number. Reports older than the plan's report history are not shown. When you move to a plan with higher limits, a restriction is lifted at once, stored reports are analyzed and data that the limits kept from view shows again.
7. Acceptable use
You must not: use the service for domains you are not authorized to manage; send anything to the report addresses other than reports from mail receivers and your own test mail; try to access other workspaces, or disrupt, overload or probe the service without permission; resell the service or provide it to others without our agreement; use it for fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property rights; or use it in breach of the law. We may restrict access to stop a breach and will tell you why, unless the law or security prevents it.
8. Your data
Rights in the data you and mail receivers send to the service remain with you. We use that data to provide the agreed service. We may aggregate or anonymize that data so that it no longer identifies you, your domains or any individual, and may use the resulting information to improve the service and to compile and publish statistics. That information is no longer your data, so we may keep it after your use of the service ends, and we will not use it to identify you or any individual again. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms and governs that processing. Unless a specific lawful reason requires a different period, service data is retained until completion of withdrawal and closure of the relevant account or workspace. Earlier deletion requirements, shorter periods for particular data and the treatment of a member withdrawing from an active workspace are described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA. Return and deletion from active systems are completed without undue delay as part of the relevant closure procedure. Any retention after closure is limited to legally required records, protected backup copies and a return or transition expressly requested by you, on the conditions stated in those documents.
9. Notices
We email workspace members about things they need to know, such as a change to a domain's DMARC policy, a spike in failed messages, or a domain or certificate about to expire. Owners and admins receive these notices by default, and each member chooses which to receive. We do not send notices about features your plan does not include. Messages about your trial, your subscription, your plan's limits or these terms are sent regardless of notice settings.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but the Free, Plus and Pro plans come without a promise of uninterrupted service or a service level. Support is provided as stated on the pricing page, without a promised response time. We may change or improve features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your period.
11. Intellectual property
The service, its software and its content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business during your plan. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
12. Disclaimers
Email authentication depends on mail receivers, DNS providers and mail services that we do not control. Our analysis and estimates, the configuration errors and changes we point out and the things we tell you to do are guidance: we do not guarantee that every spoofed message is stopped or that every legitimate message is delivered. Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you only used the Free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
14. Ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account or workspace. We may end the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notice where possible. If an unresolved objection to a sub-processor or a lawful processing instruction makes it unreasonable to continue the affected service in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law, we shall seek a reasonable resolution and may discontinue only that customer’s affected service on at least 30 days’ written notice. Processing that cannot lawfully continue may be suspended earlier to the extent necessary. We are not obliged to maintain separate infrastructure, retain a particular provider or materially alter the service, except as required by law. Data return and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA. If we discontinue a service under this paragraph, we refund the amount you paid for the prepaid period, less the charge for the period already used calculated at the regular price (the undiscounted monthly price, prorated by day), unless the Refund Policy provides a larger refund. If the charge for the period used equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund is due and nothing further is charged. If we stop offering the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We publish changes on this page with their effective date and email account owners at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance for changes that are less favorable to you. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service before the change takes effect; continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the change.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.
